About me
" I am passionate about enabling people to become the best they can be and to realize their potential.  This is reflected in my various roles as teacher, HR Manager, training facilitator and leadership coach.

I have realized over the years that we can become the person we aspire to be by exercizing effective self-leadership.  This personal leadership, resting on mindful self-awareness, is a pre-requisite for authentic leadership, for significant achievement, sustainable change, progress ... and for real happiness. "
